Our Mr Sutherland has been involved in criminal defence for over 15 years.  Mr Sutherland was the criminal partner with another firm before making the decision to open his own firm with a number of trusted colleagues.  Mr Sutherland appears regularly in the Sheriff and District courts throughout the country.  Mr Sutherland is also a solicitor-advocate which allows him to represent his own clients and other firm's clients, in the High Court.

Mr Sutherland has been involved in a number of high profile cases throughout his years in the profession and has dealt with a variety of criminal matters from 'running a red light' to murder.

Having qualified in 1996 Ms Robb has practiced solely as a court solicitor. She has worked for several Firms since qualifying. She regularly conducts cases in Sheriff Courts in various parts of Scotland and is highly experienced in advocacy.

She is a member of the Family Law Association and has a particular interest in family law matters including separation, divorce, cohabitation, contact and residence of children, and parental rights and responsibilities. She also appears at children hearings and at childrens referrals.

Kevin Murphy

Mr Murphy qualified as a solicitor in 2004, having studied law at Glasgow University.  Kevin has experience in all aspects of family and civil litigation and appears frequently in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.

Ms Mulholland is a highly experienced litigator who joined the firm in 2022 when we expanded into Springburn.  She has experience of conducting cases, both civil and criminal, in Sheriff Courts throughout the country and her professionalism has seen her elected to the position of President of the Glasgow Bar Association for 2023-24.
